All sales are final, as every piece is crafted with intention. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll happily create a replacement for you.

Yes! Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or VAT.

To keep your pieces vibrant and lasting, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a cool, dry place, ideally in their original packaging or a soft pouch.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, as each piece is made or packed with care. After that, shipping times vary by location — typically 3–5 days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

I accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay via Wix’s secure checkout.

I do accept custom orders for necklaces, but I only take on 2–3 at a time to ensure each piece receives the care it deserves. Custom pieces often require special materials that need to be ordered, so please allow extra time for creation and shipping.
